Despite the fact that we’ve known there would be a DJ Hero game for months, Activision has remained relatively silent on the project. However, Activision CEO Bobby Kotick finally confirmed that the game will be available some time this year.

“We have this product called DJ Hero coming out later this year, which is a turntable that you actually can play competitively and spin discs and mix songs,” Kotick said.
